Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well kept. It's quiet and just off the Main Street in Zermatt. The closest lift is about a 15 min walk. You can easily buy ski lift tickets at the front desk and store your ski's in the ski room downstairs. The staff organized a beautiful delicious cake for my son's birthday and decorated the room with balloons! It was very special.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location super close to the train station and ski lift. The breakfast was great! The Spa was very nice after the day on the slopes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Oh, another great service: we could buy our skipasses directly at the front desk, instead of having to wait in line at the ski office. It was done on the morning itself in 5 mins!

Breakfast was very good with a variety of options for everyone in our family. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

clean; staff polite ; near to the train station; they have a small sauna and a small jacuzzi which I used it after a long hiking day the breakfast is very good , also!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Simi in Zermatt! The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from the train station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day. The room was not only comfortable but also provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. I would highly recommend Hotel Simi to anyone seeking a wonderful experience in Zermatt.

Lovely hotel only a 3 minute walk from the train station and around 30 seconds from the main street but really quiet. Breakfast was good with a combination of continental breads, cheeses, cold meats, cereals etc but also had some hot food options such as scrambled eggs, homemade baked beans, sausage patties and bacon. Room (we had one of the renovated ones) and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and helped us out with finding places to eat and recommended trips to do. We only had 2 nights here but could have easily stayed for more.

Convenient Location: The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and hotel also offers pickup and drop-off services. Excellent Staff: The staff is described as excellent and friendly, providing a welcoming experience. Room Amenities: The rooms are above average, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and have balconies with local views. Breakfast Service: The breakfast is good.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Quite location with an easy access to dining and entertainment. Free taxi from the train station (and it is actually a walking distance from the station anyway). Quick access to two of the ski areas (did not have a chance to test the access to the Glacier ski area due to weather conditions).
